It’s always worth asking yourself:
Could I be doing something else that would make me feel happier and more fulfilled?
If you’re being brave and truthful, the answer’s usually ‘Yes’.
The problem is that making a move towards even a positive change means you have to step outside of your comfort zone to do it – which as we all know, is never easy! However, the payoff is huge. Once you’re outside your comfort zone, you can learn new things about your strengths and your potential which can then open up all kinds of new opportunities for you and give you an entirely new take on life.
It’s up to you to take responsibility for your own personal development and growth of course but having an honest exploration of where you are and what you’re interested in achieving with someone who’s objective and skilled at asking the right kinds of questions can make that process a lot easier!
