Creating a positive organisational culture

While all individuals have an influence on the culture of a team or organisation, it’s the leader whose style most affects the way people work together. It is his or her responsibility, therefore, to do all they can to boost morale, motivation and engagement as they are factors that create a workplace in which people want to work and want to stay – factors which in turn are positively correlated with overall performance and profitability. I work with my clients to identify ways in which their style might positively (or negatively) affect the culture of their team and what they can do to make positive changes.
