How Personal Coaching Works
Why work with a life coach?
It can be hard to work out what to do first when you’re faced with problems to solve, especially when the stakes feel high.
Clients come to me to work out answers to tricky questions and challenges they are facing and to make plans for positive change. As a psychologist and a Master Coach, I am skilled at listening carefully and asking helpful and thought-provoking questions.
I can help you to:
- See yourself more clearly and become aware of your blind spots
- Identify self-limiting beliefs and unhelpful thinking styles
- Notice ineffective and/or self-sabotaging behaviours
Armed with more self-awareness, self-belief and strategies, you will be in a much better position to start making positive changes that make a real difference to your life.
Is coaching for you?
It’s not great when you feel lost or somehow stuck and want to move forward with purpose and focus. I can help you gain clarity about what’s really holding you back and then put strategies into place to make positive changes.
Life coaching can help you with:
- Making decisions
- Tackling problems
- Becoming ‘unstuck’
- Feeling happier
- (Re)gaining focus
I often work with clients facing common setbacks in their life, for instance:
- Career change
- Relationships
- Personal development
- Work-life balance
- Stress and time management
- Interpersonal communication
- Self-awareness and self-acceptance
- Women in business
- Happiness and fulfilment
How I work
I work with my private life coaching clients mainly on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays although often have availability on other days depending on my corporate work commitments.
My meetings typically take place face-to-face in my home office in Crouch End, North London, although I also work with clients via virtual platforms, e.g., Zoom, MS Teams etc., when meeting in-person is not possible.
I offer a free 15-minute phone call so that you can tell me a little bit about why you are looking for coaching support and to get a better idea of who I am and how I work.
My fee is £200 including VAT for a 60 min session. Clients are always welcome to call/email me between sessions at no extra charge.
I also offer coaching packages in blocks of 6, 9 and 12 sessions at increasingly discounted rates. More details are shown on my Fees page.
My appointment start times are generally from 09.00 to 16.30, although I try to be flexible whenever possible. I don’t offer appointments on evenings or weekends. Sessions are typically a couple of weeks apart or at longer intervals as we progress.
Clients can choose to pay for appointments on a session-by-session basis or opt for one of the 3 coaching packages that I offer. See my Fees page for full details of coaching rates and package options.
