How I work

I work with my private life coaching clients mainly on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. The remainder of the week, I meet my corporate clients. However, depending on corporate commitments in any given week, I can often offer other days to private clients too.  My meetings typically take place face-to-face in my home office in Crouch End, North London, though I can and do work by Skype when meeting in-person is not possible.

I offer a short, 15 min phone call which is free of charge so that people can tell me a little bit about why they are looking for coaching support and to get a better idea of who I am and how I work.

I then offer my first time clients a 60 min session for £100.  That’s to allow new clients the chance to see if coaching is really for them and if they want to continue working with me. Subsequent sessions are 90 minutes long and cost £200.  Clients are always welcome to call or email me between sessions at no extra charge.  I also offer coaching packages in blocks of 6, 9 and 12 sessions at increasingly discounted rates.  Details are on on my Fees page.

My appointment start times generally are 9.00; 11.30; 14.00 and 16.30, though I will try to be flexible whenever possible and within reason. I don’t work with clients on evenings or weekends, however as our meetings are usually at least a couple of weeks apart (or at longer intervals as we go along), clients usually find it’s not a problem to arrange to either start work a couple of hours later, or finish a couple of hours earlier on days where we have face-to-face appointments.

Clients can continue to pay for appointments on a session-by-session basis or, if they prefer, they can opt for one of the 3 coaching packages that I offer.  You can find all the details of coaching rates and package options on my Fees page.
