People with responsibility in organisations (and that’s really everyone) are constantly trying to perform as effectively as they can under increasingly testing conditions.  As an executive coach, I work with my clients to help them meet the challenges they face and realise their potential as truly effective and inspirational leaders, managers and colleagues.

While the coaching sessions of course focus on relevant work-related issues, I do also spend time really getting to know my clients – their personalities, their experiences and their values.  From my background and training as an organisational psychologist, I know that the stronger the rapport between client and coach, the more productively they work together and really getting to know someone is key to that process.
